The agreement between you and WideVan Pte. Ltd. for use of the Service.
These terms govern access to widevan.com and the WideVan applications (the "Service") provided by WideVan Pte. Ltd. ("WideVan"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Account owners are responsible for the actions of dispatchers, warehouse staff and drivers they invite, including PIN-based driver logins. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled from the settings page. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Downgrades apply at the next billing date; upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
You agree not to: use the Service to track people outside of working hours or without informing them; upload unlawful content; attempt to access other customers' data; reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
You own the data you upload and generate. You grant WideVan a licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect data about drivers and delivery recipients. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy and, for business customers, our data processing agreement.
Proof of delivery records are locked at the time of capture. WideVan does not alter records at a customer's request. Annotations by account owners are stored separately from the original. You acknowledge that records are provided as evidence of what the device recorded and not as a legal determination.
Route plans, traffic estimates and zone charge calculations are based on third-party map and traffic data and may not reflect every road condition, restriction or charge. Drivers remain responsible for complying with road law and signage.
The SOS feature places a call through the driver's device to the emergency number we have on record for the detected country. It depends on the device having signal and a working dialler. It is a convenience, not a guaranteed emergency service.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, which we announce in advance. Support hours and response targets depend on your plan.
The Service, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by WideVan and its licensors. These terms grant no rights other than the limited right to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. WideVan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from third-party map data, connectivity or devices. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may cancel at any time from the settings page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach with notice. Data is available for export for 30 days after closure and is then deleted in line with the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms and will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
